On 27thJune 2022 the whole site of Westernport Marina will be closed due to no power. Energy Australia has planned a major power kiosk upgrade which will take approximately 6 hours and will require the whole site’s power to be switched off.
During this time there will be no launches, lifts, laundry facilities, hot water or fuel. Basically anything that requires power, this includes our yard work area. There will be some staff on site to help with gate access and our office phone will be redirected to an offsite mobile.
We have not yet been advised of a specific start time so if you’re wanting to have a shower, we would advise to do that early in the morning.
This outage will also affect our tenants, Sealand Marine Motors, Waterfront Café, Complete Boat Repairs, VicSail, Dolphin Research Institute, Coast Guard and the restaurant, Deoro By The Bay.

Here at Westernport Marina, we offer a dry storage service. This includes unlimited launch and retrievals, wash down and engine flush.
We can have your boat in the water ready to go any time you like. After your day on the water, we will retrieve it, clean it and securely store it ready for next time out.
No ramp rage, no massive fuel bills, no problems.
One of our tenants is a beautiful recently renovated Restaurant and function room run by Steve and Elisha Danielsen. Steve and Elisha have bought their award winning experience from Deoro & Co in Clyde North onto the Mornington Peninsula to open a new chapter for the Marina restaurant in Hastings.
Deoro By The Bay, formally known as the Marina View Restaurant Bar & Bistro, said “If COVID has taught us anything, it is that we all need to support local”. This means sourcing produce from local suppliers and farmers.
It offers a spacious dining room or the option to eat outdoors in a serene courtyard setting overlooking the boats moored in the Marina.
They offer lots of different seafood, which is sourced fresh daily. Their produce is selected straight from local farms as too their beef which is sourced from Gippsland.
So, if you like waterfront views while you eat, be sure to come down to Deoro By The Bay and experience it for yourself.
Here at Westernport Marina we offer both marine straddle carrier and hardstand services.
Our hardstand area is a flat road base surface with a large concreted area where our marine straddle carrier operates.
We also offer high pressure cleaning and crane services.
The mobile jib crane which is located at the top of the marine straddle carrier, can lift a massive 2 tonne.
The marine straddle carrier has a maximum capability to lift 40 tonne.
All of our equipment operators are well experienced and handle each and every lift with extreme care.
